苏轼《答张文潜书》有云:“其文如其为人。”如今我们一般也认为,在探析一名作者的价值观时,从其作品入手往往是最有效也是最正确的方法之一。作为当代文坛最炙手可热的女作家,J·K·罗琳所创作的《哈利·波特》风靡全球,为她赢得了无数喜爱与荣誉。随后出版的《偶发空缺》也在文学界激起了不小的涟漪,收获众多争议。毫无疑问,这两部著作是J·K·罗琳最重要的作品。本文旨在以《哈利·波特》和《偶发空缺》两部作品为例,从三个不同的角度对作者罗琳的价值观进行分析。
Su Shi’s answer to Zhang Wen’s Qian Shu goes: “The text is like a man.” Nowadays, we generally think that it is often the most effective and correct way to analyze an author’s values from his work. As the hottest writer in contemporary literary circles, “Harry Potter” by J.K. Rowling swept the world and won her countless fondness and honor. Subsequent publication of the “accidental vacancy” also aroused a lot of ripples in literature, gaining controversy. There is no doubt that these two books are the most important works by J. K Rowling. The purpose of this article is to take the two works “Harry Potter” and “Sporadic Vacancy” as examples to analyze the values of the author Rowling from three different perspectives.
