本调查的目的是研究职业性接触二硫化碳(CS_2)工人红细胞中巯基含量与工龄、慢性CS_2中毒临床类型之间的关系。应用细胞分光光度法测定红细胞中巯基含量(以相对单位表示)。对每张血片测定红细胞单位面积中的巯基含量和每个红细胞中的含量(测定100介红细胞)。按照巯基含量将红细胞加以分类,依此判定巯基含量正常、降低或升高的红细胞各占多大百分此。共检查了255人(女性),其中健康工人125人,
The purpose of this survey was to investigate the relationship between the mercapto groups in the red blood cells of occupational exposure to carbon disulfide (CS_2) workers and the length of service and the clinical type of chronic CS_2 poisoning. Sulfhydryl content in erythrocytes (expressed in relative units) was determined using a cell spectrophotometer. The content of sulfhydryl groups per unit area of erythrocytes and the content of each erythrocyte were measured for each piece of blood (100 samples of red blood cells were measured). According to the mercapto content of red blood cells to be classified, so to determine the normal content of thiol, reduce or increase the percentage of red blood cells each.
