目的:观察黄甲棒与甲硝唑的抗炎、镇痛的作用.方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭炎,角叉菜、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿及纸片致大鼠肉芽肿等方法,观察抗炎作用;小鼠热板法和扭体试验观察镇痛作用.结果:黄甲棒167或83.5mg/kg sc,对肉芽肿抑制率分别为42.8%和43.5%,明显大于单用甲硝唑167mg/kg抑制率16.7%,且毒性低,其他动物实验方法研究也得到同样结果.结论:黄甲棒与单用甲硝唑比较,其抗炎镇痛作用增强,毒性降低.
