本文叙述了岩石爆破中利用“切缝药包”控制裂隙产生、扩展和止裂的断裂控制方法。将这种药包应用于现场所获得的良好效果证实了这一断裂控制的作用。运用WZDD-1型多火花式动态光弹性仪进行了模型试验,证明药包切缝方向炮孔壁不仅最先产生裂隙,而且所承受的爆轰波作用强度大于其它方向;同时获得了采用切缝药包时动态应力场、爆生裂隙产生、扩展及止裂过程的定性记录。文章对这一控制作用内在的作用机理、影响因素、参数设计及应用技术等问题从理论上进行了探讨,所得结论在理论上和实践中都具有一定的参考价值。文章还简要地评价了这种断裂控制方法,并对其应用前景作了预测。
This paper describes the method of controlling the fracture generation, propagation and arrest by means of “kerf kits” in rock blasting. The good results obtained from the application of such kits to the field confirm the role of this fracture control. The model test was carried out by using the WZDD-1 multi-spark dynamic light-elasticity meter, which proves that the blasthole wall of the kits is not only the first to generate cracks, but also the strength of the detonation wave subjected to it is greater than other directions. Dynamic stress field in the case of kits, qualitative record of the crack initiation, propagation and crack arrest in the burst. The article discusses the internal mechanism, influencing factors, parameter design and application technology of this control action theoretically. The conclusion has some reference value both in theory and in practice. The article also briefly evaluates this method of fracture control and forecasts its application prospects.
