手性药物体外代谢的研究是通过建立体外代谢模型对手性药物的代谢行为进行评价。随着大量手性药物的开发,出现了多种与体外代谢相关的研究方法和技术来评价对映体之间的分子以及代谢动力学方面的差异,从而选择出对映体。现对已有的一些研究方法及其优缺点进行综述,从而提供更系统化的手性药物的评选方法,更快速有效地为手性药物提供技术支持。
In vitro metabolism of chiral drugs is the evaluation of the metabolic behavior of chiral drugs through the establishment of an in vitro metabolic model. With the development of a large number of chiral drugs, a variety of methods and techniques related to in vitro metabolism have emerged to evaluate the molecular and enantiomeric differences between enantiomers and thus the choice of enantiomers. Now some of the existing research methods and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed to provide a more systematic selection of chiral drugs, more rapidly and effectively to provide technical support for chiral drugs.
