目的改进检测工作场所空气中丙烯醇和异佛尔酮的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法。方法采用不同解吸液对加标活性炭管中的丙烯醇和异佛尔酮进行解吸,分别测定解吸效率;在不同储存条件下,筛选出的最合适的解吸液进行稳定性试验。结果本法同时采用体积分数为5%的甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液作为解吸液,丙烯醇和异佛尔酮的平均解吸效率分别为85.9%~92.3%和88.9%~90.8%,批内精密度实验的相对标准偏差分别为3.4%~6.3%和0.9%~3.7%。丙烯醇样品在-20℃冰箱中至少可保存5 d,异佛尔酮样品在室温下或者在4℃冰箱中均至少可保存7 d。结论该方法解吸效率、样品稳定性均满足标准要求,适用于工作场所空气中丙烯醇和异佛尔酮的测定。
OBJECTIVE To improve the solvent desorption - gas chromatography for the detection of allyl alcohol and isophorone in the air at the workplace. Methods Different concentrations of desorption solution were used to desorb propylene and isophorone in the spiked activated carbon tubes. The desorption efficiencies were determined respectively. The most suitable desorption solution was selected under different storage conditions for stability test. Results In this method, methanol-dichloromethane solution with 5% volume fraction was used as desorption solution. The average desorption efficiencies of propylene alcohol and isophorone were 85.9% -92.3% and 88.9% -90.8%, respectively. The intra-assay precision The relative standard deviations were 3.4% ~ 6.3% and 0.9% ~ 3.7%, respectively. The sample of allyl alcohol can be stored in the refrigerator at -20 ℃ for at least 5 days, and the sample of isophorone can be stored at least 7 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator at 4 ℃. Conclusion The desorption efficiency and sample stability of the method meet the standard requirements and are suitable for the determination of allyl alcohol and isophorone in the air of the workplace.
