利用大鼠离体皮肤,对二氢埃托啡(DHE)的体外透皮进行了研究,结果当pH为5,3,7,9时在其它条件相同的情况下,DHE的透过速率按顺序增加;DHE浓度对透皮速率影响较为复杂,当pH为7和9时,DHE浓度分别为20,40,80μg/ml时,透皮速率常数与浓度无关,当pH为3和5时,透皮速率常数与浓度有一定的相关性;一些透皮促渗剂的影响为:50%乙醇无促进作用,10%1,2.丙二醇促进作用甚微,3%氮酮使DHE透皮速率提高到1.95倍,3%薄荷醇使DHE透皮速率提高到4.86倍。
In vitro transdermal application of dihydroetorphine (DHE) was studied using isolated rat skin. As a result, the permeation rates of DHE at pH 5, 3, 7 and 9 were the same for all other conditions The results showed that the DHE concentration had a more significant effect on the transdermal rate.
