电力是国民经济的命脉,随着经济社会的快速发展,社会各行各业对电力的依赖程度越来越强,电网调度所承担的电能输送负荷越来越大,亟须开发新的电网技术来应对。而科学技术的进步使自能电网技术日趋成熟,尤其是云技术的逐渐成熟,为解决电网的大规模存储和计算量以及调度频繁等需要提供了强大的技术支撑。我国智能电网的研发和建设应时刻秉承安全性、经济性和可靠性的原则,核心目的是降低电耗成本,提高资源利用效率,充分实现节能减排等愿景。
Electricity is the lifeblood of the national economy. With the rapid economic and social development, all walks of life in society rely more and more on electric power, and the electric power transmission load undertaken by grid dispatching is increasing. Therefore, it is imperative to develop new grid technologies response. The progress of science and technology make self-power grid technology matures, especially the gradual maturity of cloud technology, in order to solve the large-scale storage and calculation of power grids and scheduling needs such as the need to provide a strong technical support. R & D and construction of China’s smart grid should always uphold the principles of safety, economy and reliability, the core purpose is to reduce power costs, improve resource utilization efficiency, and fully realize the vision of energy conservation and emission reduction.
