概述了咨询行业的历史发展过程及未来的发展趋势,按照知识的属性及其运动规律,从知识组织的内容及形式阐述了咨询企业知识组织的工作原理,归纳总结了咨询企业知识管理过程的业务特点及管理模式,围绕不同类型的知识特征进行知识划分归类,并在此基础之上探讨知识划分后的不同实现技术及条件。对比大型咨询企业实施知识管理活动的方法模式,提出了我国咨询企业进一步提高知识管理工作标准的必要性。
It summarizes the historical development process of the consulting industry and its future development trend. According to the nature of the knowledge and its movement law, this paper elaborates the working principle of the consulting firm’s knowledge organization from the content and form of the knowledge organization, and summarizes the consulting business process of knowledge management Characteristics and management model, the classification of knowledge around different types of knowledge characteristics, and on this basis to explore different knowledge after the realization of the technology and conditions. Compared with the method of implementing knowledge management in large consulting firms, this paper puts forward the necessity of consulting firms in our country to further improve the standards of knowledge management.
