本文采用目的抽样的问卷调查方法,辅以深度访谈和现场观察,从藏区学生在内地的自然环境适应、日常生活适应、语言适应、学习适应、人际交往适应和心理适应六方面展开调查,并运用spss15.0分析数据,较全面地探讨了内地西藏班(校)学生在内地求学的心理及文化适应状况。通过研究,文章主张学校应以多元文化教育,促进师生跨文化交往;关注学生年龄和认知特点,帮助学生度过心理发展危机期:开展以“文化疗法”为取向的教师培训;营造有特色的校园文化环境等,提升藏区学生内地学习期间的文化适应能力。
In this paper, the purpose of the sample survey method, supplemented by in-depth interviews and on-site observation, from the Tibetan region in the Mainland natural environment adaptation, adaptation to daily life, language adaptation, learning adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and psychological adaptation in six aspects and The use of spss15.0 analysis of data, a more comprehensive discussion of the mainland Tibet class (school) students in the Mainland to study the psychological and cultural adaptation.
