目的:观察氯喹那多-普罗雌烯(可宝净)治疗非特异性阴道感染的临床效果。方法:2010年2～12月在我院就诊的诊断的非特异性阴道感染的患者50例,阴道分泌物pH>4.5,采用氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片置于阴道深处,每晚1枚,连用18天。复诊观察患者阴道分泌物pH、临床症状和体征的变化,分析临床效果。结果:停药后7～10天pH改善率84%,有效率为90%,停药后1个月复发率为8.9%。结论:单一使用氯喹那多-普罗雌烯可以有效治疗非特异性阴道感染,可以改善紊乱的阴道微生态环境,复发率较低。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of chloroquinasto-estrogen (Kebaojing) in the treatment of nonspecific vaginal infection. Methods: From January to December 2010, 50 patients with nonspecific vaginal infections diagnosed in our hospital were treated with vaginal discharge pH> 4.5. The vaginal was treated with chloroquinasto-pessaryne vaginal tablets at a depth of 1 Pie, used in conjunction 18 days. Referral observation of patients with vaginal discharge pH, clinical symptoms and signs of change, analysis of clinical effects. Results: After 7 to 10 days, the improvement rate of pH was 84%, the effective rate was 90%, and the recurrence rate at 1 month after discontinuation was 8.9%. CONCLUSIONS: A single use of chloroquine-dopa-estrogen can effectively treat nonspecific vaginal infections and improve the vaginal microflora of disorders with a low recurrence rate.
