槐栓菌(Trametes robiniophila)是一种药用真菌,属于担子菌纲,多孔菌目,多孔菌科,栓菌属。菌盖无柄,半圆形,白色,生长在槐、洋槐及青檀等树干上,产于我国河北、陕西等地。槐栓菌主要用于治疗扁桃腺炎、肺炎和肝炎等疾病。目前临床应用的槐栓菌,均以固体培养法制得,数量有限。为了扩大药源,我们于1980年开展了槐栓菌液体培养的研究,结果如下。
Trametes robiniophila (Trametes robiniophila) is a medicinal fungus, belonging to Basidiomycetes, Polyporaceae, Polyporus, Trametes. Caps sessile, semi-circular, white, grow in the Huai, acacia and sandalwood and other tree trunks, produced in China, Hebei, Shaanxi and other places. Sophorae hemophila is mainly used for the treatment of tonsillitis, pneumonia and hepatitis and other diseases. The current clinical application of Sophora albicans, are solid culture method, a limited number. In order to expand the source of medicine, we carried out in 1980, Sophorae liquid culture research, the results are as follows.
