患者，男性，７４岁。因咳嗽、咯痰伴发热一周于１９９９年２月６日入院（住院号：１２４０７９）。过去病史：１９９３年６月因上腹不适，胃镜检查确诊胃腺癌，行胃癌根治术，病理为：（胃角）浅表性胃腺癌。术中、术后输血１５００ｍｌ术后恢复好，未行化疗。１９９７年４
Patient, male, 74 years old. He was admitted to hospital on February 6, 1999 due to cough and expectoration with fever (Hospital number: 124079). Past medical history: In June 1993, due to upper abdominal discomfort, gastroscopy confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma, and performed radical gastrectomy.
