对一典型砖砌体村镇住宅进行静力和动力测试,并对其进行有限元程序分析,两者进行对比,验证了有限元模型的准确性。结合当地的设防烈度,进一步利用有限元程序计算该结构在众值、基本、罕遇地震烈度作用下各砌体墙体的安全系数,判断该建筑的抗震性能。通过对比该建筑在不同砂浆强度下的抗震性能,提出砂浆强度对该类建筑的抗震性能起关键性作用。
The static and dynamic tests of a typical brick masonry residential house were carried out. The finite element analysis was carried out. The comparison between the two methods verified the accuracy of the finite element model. Combined with the local fortification intensity, the finite element program is further used to calculate the safety coefficient of each masonry wall under the value, basic and rare earthquake intensity of the structure to judge the seismic performance of the building. By comparing the seismic performance of the building under different mortar strengths, it is proposed that the mortar strength plays a key role in the seismic performance of such buildings.
