锆英石(ZrSiO_4)为棕红色或浅黄色矿物,可用作锻造合金钢,如锆合金、铁锆、铁硅锆、硅锆、镍锆合金等,具有高度的机械强度和抗蚀性、耐磨性,可广泛采用于造船业、高速切削工具、耐热及耐酸玻璃、耐火砖、白色瓷轴等。金属锆用于制无线电真空管灯丝,并具有可贵的可塑性,可以压成锆片,保护金属不被氧化。鉴于以上情况,为了综合利用有用金属,故我矿决定在选别锡石尾矿中回收锆英石。由于受现场条件限制,无法选择合理的选矿方法及选择不同浮选药剂的条件试验。仅能在原有粒浮的基础上,找求适于浮选锆英石的工艺流程及浮选用药量。
