一、教师教育理念的转变 实施BTEC课程教学首当其冲的就是教师,该项目执行得成功与否关键也在教师。推行先进的教学模式,首先要接受其先进的教育观念。这对于自身在传统教育观念的指导下成长起来又按照传统教育观念教育学生的教师来讲,是一个痛苦的转变过程。五年来,担任BTEC课程教学的教师无论从教育理念、教学方法还是实践能力等方面都发生了巨大的变化。
