天津市中医药研究院及附属医院党委书记、院长范玉强,管理学博士,主任医师。范玉强同志现任天津市中医药研究院及附属医院党委书记、院长,天津医科大学外科学副教授,天津中医药大学中西医结合临床专业硕士生导师。担任中国中医药研究促进会副会长、天津市中医药学会副会长、中国中西医结合学会天津分会常务理事、天津市医学会常务理事、天津市中西医结合青年工作委员会主任委员、《天津医药》杂志常务编委、《中国医院管理》杂志常务理事。
