药用薏苡仁系禾本科植物薏苡(Coix lachry-ma-jobi var.ma-yuen)的种仁。近年来对薏苡仁进行了深入研究,发现一些新的活性成分。一、薏苡仁的化学成分:薏苡仁的一般成分有淀粉(50~79%)、蛋白质(16~19%)、脂肪油(2~7%,系棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸,亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸的甘油脂)、类脂(糖脂5.67%,磷脂1.83%)、维生素B_1(330mg%)、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸等氨基酸、腺苷以及磷、钙、铁等矿物质;特殊成分有薏苡仁酯(coixenolide)、薏苡素(coixol)、阿魏酰豆甾醇(feruloyl stigma-sterol)、阿魏酰菜子甾醇(feruloyl campe-sterol)、薏苡多糖A、B、C(coixan A、B、C)、中性葡聚糖1~7、酸性多糖CA-1、CA-2、4-酮松脂醇
