应力监测是桥梁施工监控的重要内容,是桥梁结构施工安全的重要保障。本文通过某预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁桥应力实测数据,分析了应力监测误差的产生原因。并对结构参数、混凝土应变滞后、温度、混凝土收缩徐变、结构仿真分析模型等主要影响因素进行了深入分析,提出了减小应力监测误差的对策,使实测应力更加接近结构实际应力,保证了桥梁施工质量。
Stress monitoring is an important part of bridge construction monitoring and is an important guarantee for the construction safety of bridge structures. In this paper, the stress measurement data of a prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge are used to analyze the causes of the stress monitoring errors. The main influencing factors such as structural parameters, concrete strain hysteresis, temperature, concrete shrinkage and creep, structural simulation analysis model are analyzed in depth. The countermeasures to reduce the stress monitoring error are proposed, which make the measured stress more close to the actual structure stress, Bridge construction quality.
