目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤Rb94基因与放射联合应用后裸鼠种植瘤组织的病理变化。方法将食管癌K150细胞接种裸鼠建立肿瘤模型,实验分为对照组、Ad-Lac Z组、Ad-Rb94组、照射组和Ad-Rb94联合照射组(简称联合组),观察食管癌细胞的病理改变。结果对照组和Ad-Lac Z组生长活跃,而Ad-Rb94组和照射组肿瘤细胞出现生长抑制和凋亡;与其他组相比,联合组有较少的核分裂、较浅的核深染。结论 Rb94基因与放疗联合应用对肿瘤生长具有协同抑瘤效应,显著增加食管癌治疗的疗效。
Objective To investigate the pathological changes of implanted tumor in nude mice after the combination of Rb94 gene and radiation in retinoblastoma. Methods The tumor model was established by inoculation of K150 cells into nude mice. The experiment was divided into control group, Ad-Lac Z group, Ad-Rb94 group, irradiation group and Ad-Rb94 combined irradiation group Pathological changes. Results The growth of control group and Ad-Lac Z group were active, while the growth and apoptosis of tumor cells in Ad-Rb94 group and irradiated group were more than those in other groups. There were fewer mitotic and lighter nuclear stained cells in the combined group. Conclusion The combined application of Rb94 gene and radiotherapy has a synergistic anti-tumor effect on tumor growth and significantly increases the therapeutic effect of esophageal cancer.
