与咨询策划公司的人员打过交道的老板们可能都会留下这样一个感觉:策划公司的人怎么好象就是同自己公司的人不一样,很多都是有点怪怪的,甚至有点不可理喻。而双方的合作过程中往往会因此闹出矛盾来,甚至产生冲突。之所以会对策划人员有想法,主要是因为对他们不了解,不了解其工作性质,不了解其性格特点、沟通方式、观点主张、行为态度、工作效率、工作表现等等。以下一一作出说明,希望能帮助企业人员进一步了解策划人员,以有利于双方的合作。
