容人,是领导者的必备素质。古今中外,无论是开明的君主,还是治世的能臣,无不具有容人的美德。一把手在领导班子中居于核心地位,发挥主导作用。一把手能否容人,不仅是其成熟与否的重要标志,而且是其能否履行主要领导职责的必要条件。领导班子中能否有一个“知无不言,言无不尽”的民主空气,关键在于一把手是否容人。从某种意义上说,容人是班子团结的前提,民主的基础。一
To accommodate people, is the essential qualities of the leader.
