我国海岸线漫长 ,沿海滩涂资源丰富。在保护生态环境的基础上 ,因地制宜、积极合理地开发利用沿海滩涂 ,对增加我国食物供给、缓解沿海地区人多地少的压力、保持经济与社会持续发展具有重要意义。从去年5月到今年1月 ,全国政协经济委员会和人口资源环境委员会组成专题调研组 ,对沿海11个省、区、市(不包括台湾)中的辽宁、山东、江苏、浙江、福建、广东、广西7省、区沿海滩涂有重点地进行了调查研究。先后深入到24个地区(市)的65个滩涂地段进行了实地考察 ,分别召开了北方和南方两个座谈会 ,约请国务院12个有关部、委、局(公司)进行了八次专题座谈。在此基础上 ,撰写出比较全面的调查报告 ,上报中共中央、国务院。这一期本刊刊载了这份调查报告 ,以飨读者 ,并选编了这份报告所附的几个专题调研 ,希望读者能从中获得启示
China has a long coastline and abundant coastal beach resources. On the basis of protecting the ecological environment, it is of great significance to develop and utilize the coastal beach actively and reasonably in light of local conditions in order to increase the pressure on China’s food supply, ease the overpopulation in the coastal areas and maintain the sustained economic and social development. From May last year to January this year, the CPPCC National Committee and the Population, Resources and Environment Committee formed a special research group to investigate and evaluate the situation of Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong provinces in 11 provinces, regions and municipalities (excluding Taiwan) , Guangxi 7 provinces and autonomous regions coastal beach focused on the investigation. In-depth visits were made to 65 beaches in 24 regions (cities) for site visits. Two forums were held in the north and south, respectively, and invited 12 relevant ministries, commissions and commissions (companies) under the State Council to conduct eight symposiums. On this basis, write a more comprehensive investigation report, reported to the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
