21世纪是一个飞速发展的时代,市场竞争越来越多的指向人才的竞争,只有依靠人才把人力资源作为坚强的后盾,才可以在竞争中脱颖而出。而且国际化进程是许多国内或者国外企业现在或将来要面临的现实。本文通过对我国人力资源管理现状分析和可能面临的挑战及解决办法作了分析。
The 21st century is a time of rapid development. Market competition is more and more pointing to the competition of talents. Only by relying on human resources as a strong backing can talents stand out from the competition. Moreover, the process of internationalization is the reality that many domestic and foreign enterprises are facing now or in the future.
