改革开放以来,中国的经济实力得到了明显的提高,房地产金融行业也随之快速发展,目前已经变成了国民产业的支柱部分,因此防范我国房地产金融风险对维护我国经济稳定发展是十分必要的。本文主要阐述了应该怎样加强对我国的房地产金融风险的防范措施,以助于让房地产行业能够以此为基础更加稳定快速的发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic strength has been significantly improved. The real estate finance industry has also developed rapidly. Now it has become a pillar part of the national industry. Therefore, it is necessary to guard against the real estate financial risks in our country to safeguard the stable development of our economy . This article mainly expounds how to strengthen our country’s real estate financial risk prevention measures to help the real estate industry can be based on this more stable and rapid development.
