LF6Y2板材性能很难控制,板材加工率以及稳定的退火温度和退火时间是决定性能的重要因素。试验采用厚度分别为440 mm和420 mm的高成分LF6合金铸锭,不包铝,加热后热轧,然后冷轧,生产厚度为8.5 mm的LF6Y2板材。研究了加工率、稳定的退火温度和保温时间对板材组织和性能的影响,最终确定了采用加工率控制和稳定化退火控制两种方法生产LF6Y2板材的生产工艺参数。
LF6Y2 sheet performance is difficult to control, plate processing rate and the stability of the annealing temperature and annealing time is an important factor in determining the performance. High-component LF6 alloy ingots of 440 mm and 420 mm in thickness were used in the test. Aluminum was not included. After heating, the steel was hot-rolled and then cold-rolled to produce a LF6Y2 sheet with a thickness of 8.5 mm. The effects of processing rate, stable annealing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and properties of the sheet were studied. The production parameters of LF6Y2 sheet were determined by two methods: the processing rate control and the stabilization annealing control.
