在连续干旱胁迫下测定6份新疆狗牙根(新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3以及C5)的土壤含水量、叶绿素含量、叶片相对含水量和相对电导度等抗旱指标,比较6份新疆狗牙根的抗旱性能。研究结果表明:供试材料在连续干旱胁迫下,叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别下降18.63%,19.1%,8.39%,17.91%,11.16%,5.58%;叶绿素含量在干旱胁迫早期下降,胁迫3~30 d,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别下降10.03,11.91,6.74,15.27,11.07,14.12 mg/g;干旱胁迫后期上升,胁迫30~60d,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别上升11.98,18.48,4.68,16.27,10.16,1.62 mg/g;电导度上升,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别上升32.69%,40.66%,29.67%,48.16%,32.36%,38.83%;复水后均能恢复到原来的水平。综合分析可知、6份新疆狗牙根对干旱胁迫的适应性由强到弱依次为:喀什狗牙根>C3>新农1号狗牙根>C5>新农2号狗牙根>C2。
Under continuous drought stress, the soil water content, chlorophyll content, relative leaf water content and relative humidity of 6 bermudagrass (Xinnong 1 bermudagrass, Xinnong 2 bermudagrass, Kashi bermudagrass, C2, C3 and C5) Conductivity and other indicators of drought, drought resistance of six parts of bermudagrass in Xinjiang. The results showed that under the continuous drought stress, the relative water content of the tested materials tended to decrease. The numbers of C2, C3 and C5 of bermudagrass in Xinnong 1, bermudagrass in Xinnong 2 and bermudagrass in Xinnong 2 decreased by 18.63% and 19.1 Chlorophyll content decreased in the early drought stress period, and the stress ranged from 3 to 30 days. The content of chlorophyll in Xinnong 1 bermudagrass, Xinnong 2 bermudagrass, Kashi bermudagrass, C2, C3, C5 decreased by 10.03, 11.91, 6.74, 15.27, 11.07 and 14.12 mg / g, respectively. During the later drought stress period, C5 increased by 11.98, 18.48, 4.68, 16.27, 10.16, and 1.62 mg / g, respectively. The electrical conductivity increased by 32.69% in the new roots of Cannon No.1, 40.66%, 29.67%, 48.16%, 32.36%, 38.83%, respectively. After rewatering, they all recovered to the original level. Comprehensive analysis shows that the adaptability of six parts of Bermudagrass to drought stress in order from strong to weak are as follows: bermudagrass of Kashi> C3> bermudagrass of Xinnong 1> C5> bermudagrass of Xinnong 2> C2.
