目的评价16层螺旋CT脑静脉成像(CTV)对颅内正常静脉窦及大静脉的显示能力。资料与方法利用16层螺旋CT对因各种原因行全脑血管成像的病例中选取脑静脉正常者100例进行分析,得到颅内各主要静脉及静脉窦的显示率并分析成像结果。结果上矢状窦、横窦、直窦、乙状窦、大脑大静脉、大脑内静脉2分以上显示率为100%;下矢状窦2分以上显示率为82%;丘纹静脉2分以上显示率为97%;透明隔静脉2分以上显示率为81%;脉络膜上静脉2分以上显示率为81%;基底静脉2分以上显示率为94%;大脑中深静脉2分以上显示率为77%。结论16层螺旋CTV可以清晰显示颅内各主要静脉系统,能为大脑深静脉性疾病的诊断提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the ability of 16-slice spiral CT cerebral venography (CTV) to display normal intracranial sinus and vein. Materials and Methods 100 cases with normal cerebral venous were selected from 16 patients with all-cerebral angiography due to various reasons by using 16-slice spiral CT. The display rate of each main vein and sinus was obtained and the imaging results were analyzed. Results The sagittal sinus, transverse sinus, straight sinus, sigmoid sinus, large cerebral vein, intracerebral vein showed a positive rate of 2% or more; the inferior sagittal sinus showed a rate of 2% or more; 82% The above display rate was 97%; transparent septal vein more than 2 points showed a rate of 81%; suprachoroidal vein more than 2 points showed 81%; basal vein more than 2 points showed 94%; deep brain veins more than 2 points showed The rate is 77%. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CTV can clearly show the main intracranial venous system and provide a basis for the diagnosis of deep venous cerebral disease.
