采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子探针和透射式电子显微镜相结合的方法,研究Ni-Mo型铸造镍基合金的组织、析出相形态、种类、成分、结构及形成条件,并研究了他们对均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和电化学腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明,Ni-Mo型铸造合金在800~1100℃温度范围内均有不同程度的Ni-Mo金属间化合物和M6C型碳化物析出。合金经1150℃~1180℃固溶处理后,在50℃浓盐酸介质中,仍具有良好的耐蚀性能。并具有较好的抗晶间腐蚀与电化学腐蚀行为。
The morphology, type, composition, structure and formation conditions of the Ni-Mo cast nickel-base alloy were investigated by the methods of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, electron probe and transmission electron microscopy. Their effect on uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion and electrochemical corrosion properties. The results show that Ni-Mo intermetallic compounds and M6C carbides are precipitated at different temperatures in the range of 800-1100 ℃. Alloy after 1150 ℃ ~ 1180 ℃ solution treatment, at 50 ℃ concentrated hydrochloric acid medium, still has good corrosion resistance. And has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and electrochemical corrosion behavior.
