目的 评价三维CT血管成像 (3D CTA)在外科治疗颅内动脉瘤中的诊断效能方法 2 4例可疑动脉瘤患者行常规脑血管造影、3D CTA、MRA和DSA检查。结果 本组共发现 2 8个动脉瘤。 2 1例病人仅有一个 ,2例有两个 ,1例有三个动脉瘤。 3D CTA发现瘤体呈球形为 2 0个、椭圆形 5个、分叶形 3个。手术暴露的 2 4个动脉瘤 ,其瘤体形态与 3D CTA发现完全吻合。动脉瘤颈平均直径为 5 9mm ,最小为 1 6mm ,最大为 13 7mm。根据 3D CTA计算的动脉瘤颈结果与手术发现非常接近。3D CTA对载瘤动脉和分枝动脉的形态描述明显优于常规脑血管造影、MRA和DSA。结论 3D CTA在了解动脉瘤的三维结构和制定手术治疗方案有重要辅助作用
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of three dimensional CT angiography (3D CTA) in the surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Twenty four patients with suspected aneurysms underwent routine cerebral angiography, 3D CTA, MRA and DSA. Results A total of 28 aneurysms were found in this group. There were only 1 patient in 1 case, 2 in 2 patients and 3 aneurysms in 1 patient. 3D CTA found that the tumor was spherical 20, oval 5, lobulated 3. Twenty-four aneurysms were surgically exposed and their tumor morphology was completely consistent with 3D CTA findings. The average diameter of aneurysm neck is 59mm, the minimum is 16mm, the maximum is 13 7mm. Aneurysm neck computed from 3D CTA is very close to surgical findings. 3D CTA of tumor-bearing artery and branch artery morphology was significantly better than conventional cerebral angiography, MRA and DSA. Conclusion 3D CTA has an important auxiliary function in understanding the three-dimensional structure of aneurysms and developing surgical treatment plans
