红热钒渣吹氧氧化仅10min左右,经碱浸压煮提钒,钒浸出率可达90%以上.吹氧过程中,增添CaO,控制合适的MgO与钒渣的重量比,减小供氧速率,可获得高的.碱浸时,钒浸出率主要随的增大而升高.保温时间、浸出温度、Na2co3和NaoH的加入比、渣水质量比对钒浸出率都有影响.碱浸压煮时充氧和水洗残渣也可以提高钒的总浸出率.
