目的了解2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清Spexin水平情况,并进一步分析其与血糖和血脂的相关性。方法将226例研究对象分入T2DM组(121例)和对照组(105名),比较两组患者的年龄、性别构成、BMI、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。采用ELISA法测定血清Spexin水平,分析其与前述各因素的相关性。结果两组间患者的年龄、性别构成、BMI、SBP、DBP和HDL水平的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),T2DM组的FPG、HbA_1c、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著高于对照组(P值分别<0.05、0.01),血清Spexin水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。直线回归分析结果显示,血清Spexin水平与FPG(r=-0.686)、HbA1c(r=-0.632)、TG(r=-0.236)、LDL-C(r=-0.382)均呈负相关(P值均<0.001),与年龄、性别、BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、HDL不相关(P值均>0.05)。多元线性分析结果显示,血清Spexin水平与FPG(t=-5.463,P<0.001)、HbA_1c(t=-2.329,P<0.05)独立相关。结论 T2DM患者血清Spexin水平明显下降,且与TG、LDL-C呈负相关,与FPG和HbA_1c独立相关,提示Spexin作为一种分泌性多肽可能参与了T2DM糖代谢和脂代谢通路。
Objective To investigate the level of serum Spexin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and further analyze the correlation between Spence and blood glucose. Methods Totally 226 subjects were divided into T2DM group (121 cases) and control group (105 cases). The changes of age, sex, BMI, SBP, FPG, FPG ), HbA 1c, TC, TG, HDL and LDL-C were measured. Serum Spexin level was measured by ELISA, and its correlation with the above factors was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in age, sex composition, BMI, SBP, DBP and HDL levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of FPG, HbA 1c, TG, TC and LDL- (P <0.05, 0.01 respectively), and the level of serum Spexin was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Linear regression analysis showed that the level of serum Spexin was negatively correlated with FPG (r = -0.686), HbA1c (r = -0.632), TG (r = -0.236) and LDL-C All <0.001), but not related to age, sex, BMI, SBP, DBP, TC and HDL (P> 0.05). Multivariate linear analysis showed that serum Spexin levels were independently associated with FPG (t = -5.463, P <0.001) and HbA_1c (t = -2.329, P <0.05). Conclusions The level of Spexin in T2DM patients decreased significantly, and it was negatively correlated with TG and LDL-C. It was independently related to FPG and HbA_1c, suggesting that Spexin as a secreted polypeptide may be involved in glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in T2DM.
