配煤技术的优劣对我国煤炭行业的发展具有重要的现实意义。对配煤工艺进行分析后,选用模糊免疫PID控制算法控制给煤机的电动机转速,从而控制给煤量。本系统利用免疫控制对PID控制器的比例环节进行在线调节,利用模糊控制对积分环节、微分环节进行调节。该系统具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力,并针对配煤过程非线性、大滞后、延时性等特点实现对配煤的精确控制。最后通过Matlab仿真,分析了本控制系统的优越性。
The pros and cons of coal blending technology has an important practical significance for the development of China’s coal industry. After analyzing the coal blending process, the fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is used to control the motor speed of the coal feeder to control the coal supply. The system uses immune control on the PID controller, the proportion of online adjustment, the use of fuzzy control on the integral part of the differential links to adjust. The system has strong robustness and self-adaptive ability, and realizes precise control of blending coal in view of non-linearity, large delay and delay of blending process. Finally, by Matlab simulation, the superiority of this control system is analyzed.
