目的：探讨胃排空与胃酸分泌之间的关系，以进一步明确胃运动功能在消化性溃疡病因学上的意义。方法：应用国际公认的金标准放射性核素法检测了15例活动期十二指肠球部溃疡（DU）及10树活动期胃溃疡（GU）患者在接受洛赛克治疗前后的胃排空功能及胃酸分泌状况。结果：无论DU还是GU患者治疗前后胃半排空时间（T1／2）与其基础胃酸分泌量（BAO）、最大胃酸分泌量（MAO）及高峰胃酸分泌量（PAO）均无显著相关。结论：消化性溃病患者的胃排空功能不影响胃酸分泌状况。
Objective: To explore the relationship between gastric emptying and gastric acid secretion in order to further clarify the gastric motility in the etiology of peptic ulcer significance. Methods: Gastric emptying was performed in 15 patients with active duodenal ulcer (DU) and 10 active gastric ulcer (GU) using the internationally accepted gold standard radionuclide method before and after receiving Losec treatment Function and gastric acid secretion status. Results: There was no significant correlation between gastric emptying time (T1 / 2) and basal gastric acid secretion (BAO), maximal gastric acid secretion (MAO) and peak gastric acid secretion (PAO) before and after treatment in both DU and GU patients. Conclusion: Gastric emptying does not affect gastric acid secretion in patients with peptic ulcer disease.
