原国家劳动部(现为劳动和社会保障部)于1995年11月9日颁布的《职业介绍规定》(劳部发[1995]408号),是为规范职业介绍行为,促进劳动者和用人单位的相互选择,根据《劳动法》的有关规定而制定的。在其颁布实施4年后的今天,在加快和规范社会主义劳动力市场建设、认真清理整顿职介行业、依法维护用人单位和劳动者合法权益面临艰巨任务的新形势下,我们依据《职业介绍现定》(下简称《规定》)原文条款,编写了本文,供广大读者和有关人员学习、贯彻、监督。
