高校情报用户包括各类学生、教师、科研人员、管理人员等。鉴于学生与其他人员的不同任务和特点,在组织用户教育中,各国一般将学生的情报教育纳入程序化教育轨道,而将其它用户的情报教育纳入情报培训与咨询的范畴。在开展具体工作中,各国的基本认识和处理方式大体上一致。然而,由于各国的发展条件、历史和水平的差异、导致了情报用户教育的要求、内容和模式上的区分。
University intelligence users include all kinds of students, teachers, researchers, managers and so on. In view of the different tasks and characteristics of students and other personnel, in the organization of user education, countries generally include the intelligence education of students in the process of programmed education, and include intelligence education of other users in the field of intelligence training and consultation. In carrying out concrete work, the basic understanding and handling methods of all countries are broadly consistent. However, due to the differences in conditions of development, history and level in different countries, the requirements, contents and modes of intelligence users’ education are differentiated.
