作为123名留任的省直选派“第一书记”中的一员,笔者认为,做好驻村帮包工作,要做到“四个正确对待”。正确对待自己。“第一书记”要充分认清和尊重自己的选择。这项工作能够为自己增加基层工作经历,但不能认为是到基层“镀金”来了,更不意味着是为个人升迁提供了便捷通道。必须要怀着对基层的深厚感情,怀着一份责任,怀着一份感恩,踏踏实实地把心沉下来,真心实意地干些事,让人生价值在服务基层的生动实践中得到验
As a 123 member of the provincial directorate “First Secretary ” in one, I believe that doing a good job in the village to help package work, to achieve “four correct treatment ”.
