目的探讨鱼肝油混合制剂治疗儿童口腔溃疡的有效性。方法将158例患儿随机分为实验组和对照。实验组89例,给予鱼肝油混合制剂每日6次局部溃疡处涂擦,对照组69例,给予碘甘油局部涂药,时间和次数同对照组。分组观察。以溃疡面愈合时间及恢复正常进食时间为观察指标,比较鱼肝油混合制剂和碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。结果实验组愈合时间为(5.42±3.12)d,对照组为(7.88±3.02)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组和对照组进食时间分别为(4.2±1.3)d和(7.2±3.6)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鱼肝油混合制剂在促进儿童口腔溃疡的愈合及进食改善情况方面具有显著效果,且经济、安全。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of cod liver oil mixture in the treatment of oral ulcer in children. Methods 158 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 89 cases of experimental group were given cod liver oil mixture 6 times a day local ulcer smear, the control group of 69 patients given local administration of iodine glycerol, the time and frequency with the control group. The feeding time of the experimental group and the control group were (4.2 ± 1.3) d and (7.2 ± 3.6) d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The cod liver oil mixture has a significant effect in promoting the healing and eating improvement of oral ulcer in children, and is economical and safe.
