耐力是人体各器官系统功能和心理素质的综合表现,也是反映体质健康水平和体质强弱的主要标志。提高学生耐力素质对于发展学生体能和身心健康具有十分重要的意义,为此,本文首先从学生耐力素质大幅下降的原因进行了分析,再对提高耐力素质的方法、途径、建议等方面进行阐述,以期提高小学生的耐力素质。
