特种营养米紫黑糯是我国宝贵的农业遗产和作物资源。在改良与开发我国珍稀稻种特种营养米资源紫糯的同时,全面地研究了它的营养、医疗价值,为我国特种资源紫糯大规模的开发利用提供了依据与条件。 1.利用软x射线辐射育种新方法,育成紫香糯861新品种及SX0864新品系。紫香糯861在保持原亲本的特性基础上,株型矮化,产量提高50%左右,具有色美、味香、质优等优点,已为上海市农作物品种审定委员会认定为新品种。 2.紫香糯861稻米通过营养成分分析,表明较普通大米蛋白质含量高,VB_1、VB_2及Fe、Zn元素的含量均显著增加,具有抗贫血,促进骨髓祖细胞分化和提高免疫功能等作用。
Special nutritional rice purple black waxy is China’s valuable agricultural heritage and crop resources. While improving and developing Purple Glutinous Rice which is a rare rice special nutrition rice resource in our country, it comprehensively studied its nutrition and medical value, which provided the basis and conditions for the large-scale development and utilization of our country’s special resource Purple Glutinous Rice. 1. Using the new method of soft x-ray radiation breeding, new varieties of Zixianguo 861 and new lines of SX0864 were bred. On the basis of maintaining the characteristics of the original parents, Purple Glutinous Rice 861 has a dwarfed plant type and a yield increase of about 50%. It has the advantages of color beauty, delicious aroma and high quality, and has been identified as a new variety by the Shanghai Crop Variety Approval Committee. The results showed that the content of VB_1, VB_2 and Fe, Zn in the rice of Zixianguo 861 increased significantly compared with normal rice, which had anti-anemia, promoted the differentiation of bone marrow progenitor cells and increased the immune function.
