牙齿根尖周炎一旦病损破坏严重,形成广泛性根尖周病变,常难以治愈。对病变超过根长1/2或直径大于6mm者又多采用拔牙措施。我院自1987年10月至1990年3月采用洁霉素离子导入法并用根管治疗,对广泛性根尖周病变及根管治疗失败病人进行治疗,取得良好疗效。报告如下:
Dental periapical lesions once the damage is severely damaged, the formation of extensive periapical lesions, often difficult to cure.
