铁路线路选线设计是铁路设计中一项综合性的基础工作,涉及面较广,要做到统筹兼顾,处理好与其他专业的关系。设计中需要认真做好调查研究工作,才能选定合理的线路位置。对于沙漠地区铁路工程恶劣的自然条件而言,选线设计是降低铁路沙害、提高工程质量,控制工程造价,保护生态环境的重要因素。结合自己在利比亚工作期间设计工作的经验,提出几点沙漠地区铁路线路选线设计方面的理解与心得。
The design of railway route selection is a comprehensive basic work in railway design. It involves a wide range of aspects and needs to make overall plans to take all factors into consideration and properly handle the relations with other professions. Need to do a good job in the design of the investigation and research work, to select a reasonable line location. For the bad natural conditions of railways in desert areas, the route selection design is an important factor in reducing railroad sand damage, improving the quality of the project, controlling the project cost and protecting the ecological environment. Combined with my own experience in designing work in Libya, I put forward some understandings and experiences in the design of railway route selection in desert areas.
