通过对比试验,发现在铜中加入少量混合稀土金属,使铜在400℃空气中的氧化增量△m/cm~2随时间t的变化规律由纯铜的抛物线关系变为对数关系。说明在这个温度下由于少量混合稀土金属的加入而使Cu离子穿越氧化层的扩散过程受到抑制,从而大大降低了铜的氧化速度。而在600℃氧化时,稀土铜合金的△m/cm~2与t关系又恢复抛物线关系,但其氧化速度仍然明显地低于纯铜。
Through the comparative test, it was found that adding a small amount of mixed rare earth metals to copper changed the parabolic relationship of pure copper into a logarithmic relationship with the variation of oxidation increment △ m / cm ~ 2 of copper in air at 400 ℃ with time t. Indicating that the diffusion of Cu ions through the oxide layer is inhibited at this temperature due to the addition of a small amount of mixed rare earth metals, thereby greatly reducing the oxidation rate of copper. However, at 600 ℃, the relationship between △ m / cm ~ 2 and t resumed the parabolic relationship, but the oxidation rate was still obviously lower than pure copper.
