应用PCR/SSO方法对51例经肾穿刺证实IgA 肾病患者和96名健康对照人员进行了HLA-DQB1等位基因分型。结果显示IgAN 患者组中DQB10302基因频率明显高于正常对照组(Pc < 0.001,RR为8.20);IgAN患者组中DR4、DQB10302均为阳性的表型频率也明显高于对照组(P< 0.001,RR为6.43),而DR4阳性、DQB10302阴性的表型频率在两组中无差异。推测DQB10302等位基因可能与上海汉族IgAN的发病有一定的关联。
HLA-DQB1 alleles were genotyped by PCR / SSO in 51 patients with IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy and 96 healthy controls. The results showed that the frequency of DQB1 * 0302 gene in IgAN patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.001, RR was 8.20). The frequencies of DR4 and DQB1 * 302 in patients with IgAN were also significantly higher In the control group (P <0.001, RR was 6.43), while the DR4 positive, DQB1 * 0302 negative phenotype frequency in the two groups no difference. It is speculated that DQB1 * 0302 allele may be associated with the incidence of IgAN in Shanghai Han population.
