目的:评价在面部基底细胞癌治疗中采用小面积切除与联合光动力治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选取的样本病例为2016年1月至2017年1月广东省梅州市人民医院收治的面部基底细胞癌患者50例,抽签分组进行研究,予以小面积切除联合光动力疗法的25例患者设置为观察组,予以常规手术治疗的25例患者设置为对照组,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较和评价。结果:观察组患者的伤口一期愈合率及不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组患者比较,观察组患者治疗满意度明显较高,手术难度较低,同时经过半年的随访,观察组复发率明显较低,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在面部基底细胞癌治疗中予以小面积切除联合光动力治疗方案具有确切的临床疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of small area excision and photodynamic therapy in the treatment of facial basal cell carcinoma. Methods: Fifty patients with facial basal cell carcinoma who were admitted to Meizhou People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province between January 2016 and January 2017 were enrolled in the study. Twenty-five patients with small area excision and photodynamic therapy were enrolled in this study. For the observation group, 25 patients undergoing conventional surgery were set as the control group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in the rate of primary wound healing and the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group showed significantly higher satisfaction with the treatment, In the mean time, the relapse rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P <0.05). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The small area excision combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of facial basal cell carcinoma has definite clinical efficacy.
