(接上期)特色三:引培并举打造名师团队大师进校提升技能层次(一)完善机制,打造区域名师团队。学院在多年的实践中,探索建立起了“新教师入门有人带,骨干教师成长有人推,品牌教师发展有人追”的师资队伍发展机制。“新教师入门有人带”的实现路径是实施“青蓝结对”工程。这是学院培养青年教师的优良传统,凡是刚进校的新教师、年轻教师,均有经验丰富的教师与之结对,手把手指导青年教师学习开展高质量的教学工作、撰写论文或进行课题研
