目的探讨高温作业中高血压患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及意义。方法收集60例在我院进行高温体检中发现的高血压患者,其中高血压伴心电图有ST-T改变30例(高血压伴心电图改变组)、单纯高血压30例(高血压组),36例无职业危害因素接触且血压正常者作为对照组,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法检测血浆Hcy水平。结果高血压组血浆Hcy水平为(15.13±2.86)μmol/L,高于对照组(P<0.05),而高血压伴心电图改变组血浆Hcy水平为(20.16±1.17)μmol/L,又高于高血压组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。3组血脂水平无明显差异。结论高温作业中高血压人群与一般心血管患者相似,Hcy水平升高可能是高血压的危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and its significance in hypertensive patients under high temperature operation. Methods Totally 60 hypertensive patients were detected in our hospital during the high temperature examination. Among them, there were 30 ST-T changes (hypertensive with ECG changes), 30 hypertensive patients (hypertension), 36 Cases without occupational hazards exposure and normotensive as a control group, using high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry to detect plasma Hcy levels. Results The level of Hcy in hypertension group was (15.13 ± 2.86) μmol / L, higher than that in control group (P <0.05), while the level of Hcy in hypertensive group with ECG change was (20.16 ± 1.17) μmol / L, Hypertension group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups in blood lipid levels. Conclusion Hypertension patients at high temperature are similar to those in general cardiovascular patients. Elevated Hcy may be one of the risk factors of hypertension.
