系统阐述了水富县杂交水稻制繁育基地的现状,全面分析了水富县优质杂交稻在技术和资源利用差,制种比较效益低,风险大,基地落实难等方面的原因。客观的提出了增加对制种基地的投入,增强对外合作引进新技术,利用有利的自然气候加强两系不育系的选育,争取各方资金支持等加强基地发展的对策。
The status of hybrid rice breeding base in Shuifu County was systematically expounded. The reasons for poor utilization of resources and technology, low efficiency of seed production, high risk and difficult implementation of base were analyzed comprehensively. Objectively put forward measures to strengthen the base development by increasing investment in seed production base, strengthening the introduction of new technologies for foreign cooperation, strengthening the breeding of two-line male sterile lines by using favorable natural climate, and seeking financial support from all parties.
