目的研究丹参总酮在大鼠胃、十二指肠、回肠、空肠、结肠的吸收情况。方法以丹参酮ⅡA(TSIIA)为检测丹参总酮的指标性成分。采用大鼠在体胃肠吸收回流实验装置,利用UV双波长法测定肠循环液中TSIIA及酚红的含量。结果丹参总酮吸收速率ka随浓度的增加有显著下降趋势,吸收半衰期t1/2延长。结论丹参总酮在大鼠肠道的吸收存在饱和现象,提示丹参总酮在机体内的转运机制可能为主动转运或促进扩散。胃内的吸收机制为被动扩散,且丹参总酮最佳吸收部位为结肠。
Objective To study the absorption of total ketone in Salvia miltiorrhiza in the stomach, duodenum, ileum, jejunum and colon. Methods The tanshinone IIA (TSIIA) was used as an index to detect the total ketones of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The rat gastrointestinal absorption and reflux experiment device was used to determine the content of TSIIA and phenol red in intestinal circulatory fluid by UV dual wavelength method. Results The absorption rate ka of the total ketones of Salvia miltiorrhiza was significantly decreased with increasing concentration, and the absorption half-life t1/2 was prolonged. Conclusion The absorption of total ketone in Salvia miltiorrhiza in the intestine of rats is saturated, suggesting that the transport mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the body may be active transport or promote diffusion. The absorption mechanism in the stomach is passive diffusion, and the best absorption site of Danshen total ketone is the colon.
