当今中国社会和经济的发展,使得英语口语学习得到了前所未有的重视。尤其对于非英语专业得本科生而言,良好的口语表达能力成为未来职业发展的一块敲门砖。而在当今的实践英语教学,口语教学仍然未得到足够的重视,局限的教学时间和单一的教学仍然是影响口语学习效果的主要因素。当代多媒体和网络资源的迅猛发展,促使大学英语口语教学进入了新的探索领域。本文着力于探讨教师应如何有效地运用各种资源,帮助学生将口语学习延伸到有效的课堂学习之外,建立“学生自主、老师辅助”的自主学习方式,从而达到提高口语学习效果的目的。
Today’s social and economic development in China has given unprecedented importance to oral English learning. Especially for non-English major students, good oral skills become a stepping stone to future career development. However, in today’s practical English teaching, oral teaching still lacks sufficient attention. Limited teaching hours and single teaching are still the main factors that affect the effectiveness of oral English learning. The rapid development of contemporary multimedia and internet resources has forced the teaching of college oral English into a new field of exploration. This article focuses on how teachers should effectively use various resources to help students extend their oral learning beyond effective classroom learning and to establish autonomous learning methods such as “student-autonomous and teacher-assisted” so as to achieve the effect of improving oral English learning purpose.
